Bill Rosenfelt has been practicing Marital and Family Law since his admission to the Florida Bar in 1997. Bill employs methods designed to avoid expensive litigation, if at all possible. Such a practice saves attorney’s fees and costs and allows the participants to preserve their relationships. However, when the need arises, he is a passionate, effective trial attorney.

Bill founded Rosenfelt Family Law in 2010 and brings more than 20 years of legal experience to the firm. He represents both men and women.

As a father who’s gone through a divorce himself, his goal is to minimize the effects of litigation upon the parties and their children. Aware of the stress involved in family law cases on a personal level, Bill offers counseling and emotional support to his clients.

Bill believes in giving back to the community and works with modest means clients and performs pro bono legal services as he is able.
