Bill Rosenfelt has practiced Marital and Family Law since his admission to the Florida Bar in 1997. Over nearly three decades, he has built a reputation for resolving complex family law matters with insight, balance, and professionalism.

As the founder of Rosenfelt Family Law, Bill brings nearly 30 years of focused experience to every case. He represents both men and women in matters involving divorce, child custody, equitable distribution, and other family law issues.

Marlo Rosenfelt

Legal Assistant & Certified Divorce Coach

A native Floridian who grew up in South Florida, Marlo Rosenfelt has been mentoring men and women for more than 30 years, guiding them through personal and emotional challenges with empathy and understanding. Having gone through divorce herself, she brings a genuine compassion and real-world perspective to the work she does with clients.

As Rosenfelt Family Law’s legal assistant and certified divorce coach, Marlo is often the first friendly face clients see when they arrive at the office. She assists with financial organization, scheduling, and preparation for meetings and hearings, and she is always available to meet one-on-one or by phone to provide emotional support and practical guidance.

Marlo’s calm, kind, and detail-oriented approach helps clients feel heard and supported throughout the process. Her presence in the reception area sets the welcoming, professional tone that defines Rosenfelt Family Law’s commitment to compassionate guidance and efficient, effective representation.

I met William through a mutual friend, a good man and will tell you what to expect.Fortunately my divorce was settled without having to mediate. I still recommend having legal council for your own protection,you could walk out not knowing what you agreed to and have regrets later.
