Biography

William is a second generation native Floridian who grew up in Winter Park, Florida and has strong ties to the local community. William is both a father and a stepfather to two extraordinary young ladies. Although he started out practicing many different types of law, he found Marital and Family Law to be the most rewarding and has made this area the focus of his practice for many years.

William is the sole owner of Rosenfelt Family Law. William’s extensive Family Law experience began in 1996 and includes Dissolution of Marriage (a/k/a “Divorce”), Paternity, Establishment and/or Modification of Child Support, Establishment and/or Modification of custody*, Alimony Modification, Relocation and Prosecution & Defense of Domestic Violence Injunctions. William is a member of the Florida Bar, Orange County Bar Association, Seminole County Bar Association and was a barrister level member of the Central Florida Family Law American Inn of Court in 2011.

William strives to display the highest level of professionalism with every action that he takes. He has an excellent reputation within the local legal community as being an ethical advocate and a capable and tireless adversary.
